Insurance & Payment Options
Your access to therapy shouldn’t have to feel complicated. I work with both in-network and out-of-network benefits, giving you flexibility in how you use your insurance to access care. Below, you’ll find information about the insurance plans I accept, as well as guidance on using out-of-network benefits.
In-Network Insurance
I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:
Aetna
Arlo
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield New York
Carelon Behavioral Health
Cigna (including HealthEZ and EAP)
Evernorth (including EAP)
Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey
Centivo
GTEB
Providence Health Plan
Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania
Tufts Health/Cigna
Out-of-Network & Reimbursement
I regularly work with clients who use out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits. If you have OON coverage, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your specific benefits, including your deductible, reimbursement rate, and any requirements for submitting claims.
To help you make the most of your benefits, I provide detailed monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. While I cannot guarantee reimbursement, these documents provide the information your insurer may need to process your claim and apply eligible benefits toward the cost of therapy.
